Fish Pate with crackers

1 fillet of mackerel
3tbs Crème Fraiche
Squeeze lemon juice
1tbs hot horseradish
(You can exchange the mackerel for cooked salmon but omit the horseradish)
Place all in a blender and whizz until smooth.
Serve with Ryvita, rice cake or cracker of your choice.

Will keep up to 3 days in a refrigerator.
